ilab Tech Support ("ilab", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the ilab Warranty mobile application (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Google Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo URL from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Warranty Data: Device model, IMEI / serial number, warranty type, registration date, and expiry date associated with your service contract with ilab.
• Usage Data: App interaction data (screens visited, feature usage) collected anonymously through Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers, used solely for crash reporting and performance monitoring.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you securely using Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
• Display your active warranty details within the App.
• Send you important service notifications related to your warranty.
• Improve App performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

3. Firebase & Google Services

The App is powered by Google Firebase, a platform that provides authentication, database, and remote configuration services. Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore, which is hosted on Google's secure cloud infrastructure. Google's Privacy Policy governs the use of Firebase services. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Firebase Remote Config is used to deliver dynamic content (such as wallpaper images) without requiring an App update.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Google Firebase (data storage and authentication). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Business Transfer: In the unlikely event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of the business assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus an additional period of at least five (5) years as required for warranty record-keeping under Bahraini consumer protection regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App's Profile screen.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication (OAuth 2.0), encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and Firestore security rules to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Delete your account directly from the App's Profile screen, which removes your data from our systems.
• Objection: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to external platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Apple App Store, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be notified through an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) and applicable consumer protection regulations.
